Ashlee was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising and her master’s degree in sports business management from The University of Alabama.

In 2019, Ashlee moved to San Diego and fell in love with the city! She is excited to begin her career in the Recruiting Industry and use her past experience connecting with people and forming those authentic relationships to grow in her position as a Sales Assistant. She prides herself in always bringing a positive attitude to the workplace and providing exceptional customer service.

In her free time, Ashlee enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time outside, whether that is hiking, reading, being on the beach, or working out. She loves college football season and watching Alabama football!
