Ashley is a Nebraska native who relocated to the Tampa Bay Area five years ago and now proudly calls Florida home. She brings eight years of experience in healthcare staffing and account management, where she earned the title of Senior Team Lead and mentored and trained more than75 team members throughout her career.

Ashley holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Oklahoma State University and is a lifelong Cowboys fan. Go Pokes! She is known for her relationship-focused approach and is deeply committed to understanding client needs and delivering solutions that drive results. Even in challenging market conditions, Ashley remains focused on problem solving, resiliency, and connecting clients with top talent. She also has a strong passion for philanthropy and believes in giving back to the communities she serves. Ashley is recognized for her same-day callback policy and consistent work ethic, ensuring her partners always feel supported.

Outside of work, Ashley is recently married to her husband, Jared, and together they stay busy with travel and trying all the different food spots. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball, cooking, jet skiing, nature walks, and visiting the Manatee Viewing Center, where manatees are her favorite!
