Situated in Southern Nevada, Mary has been recruiting nationally since 2018. As a jack-of-all-trades type of recruiter, she has found great success in sourcing and placing candidates in Legal, Executive, Administrative, IT, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Healthcare, and HR roles.

One of Mary’s favorite parts of recruiting is getting to know her candidates on a deeper level so that they feel confident and prepared throughout the entire process of helping them obtain a new position. As a colleague, she loves to be the go-to person to help solve problems and brighten another person’s day with her positive and cheery disposition. Additionally, when given the opportunity, Mary loves to help teach more junior recruiters the ways of the business, and how to utilize their strengths to be the best Talent Acquisition Specialist they can be!

In her spare time, Mary loves to stay active, travel, be outdoors, spend time with her family at home in Nevada, and travel home to Washington to visit family there. She is also a textbook foodie and enjoys trying new restaurants and dishes!
