Nicole moved to San Diego 8 years ago to attend San Diego State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a minor in Marketing. She started her recruiting career right out of college and quickly worked up the ranks as an Account Manager with a nationally known recruiting firm.

Hardworking and passionate, Nicole loves developing solid relationships with well-known business leaders in a wide range of industries. She chooses to work for Boutique Recruiting because of the positive, progressive, woman-owned environment, and their commitment to bring a valuable experience to both clients and candidates.

Nicole is bi-lingual in Polish and a first-generation American. In her free time she loves cooking, working out, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her family and 2 kitties.
