Rebecca was born and raised in Michigan where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Michigan, and later earned a Post-Baccalaureate degree in Paralegal Studies. Rebecca has 15 years of experience recruiting for one of Michigan’s largest law firms, Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, as well as being a staffing manager for multiple divisions with Robert Half International. She has an in-depth knowledge of a variety of practice areas in the legal field, as well as working with Administrative, Accounting, Marketing, and senior management positions. Her long-term experience with staffing and recruiting has developed strong relationships with decision makers in organizations across her network.

Rebecca is motivated by finding candidates for those “hard-to-fill” positions and exceeding the client’s expectations. She also enjoys coaching individuals on interviews and professional development skills to help them achieve their career goals. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, and family. Most Michigan summers are spent by the water or golf course. She also enjoys dining with her husband and helping plan fundraisers for the Rett Syndrome Foundation throughout the year.
