Sara is a proud graduate of Rider University, one of only seven private business schools in the United States, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She began her career in Corporate America within the fashion industry before transitioning into the recruitment field and hasn’t looked back since.

Over the past 15 years, Sara has partnered with some of the world’s most recognizable organizations. Her professional philosophy is grounded in a simple yet powerful principle: do the right thing, even when it’s difficult. When applied to business a mindset like this it fosters trust, earns respect, and builds lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Sara has a passion for travel and discovering the unfamiliar. When she isn’t exploring new destinations, you can catch her at the beach or parks with friends and family. While she wouldn’t label herself a “foodie,” she has a deep appreciation for assorted cuisines and in another life, she imagines herself hosting a series on The Food Network.
