As a young entrepreneur, Sema along with her sister Innesa Burrola and brother-in-law, Leo Burrola, set out to build an unstoppable recruiting company that they imagined, a new kind of recruiting firm.

Sema brings value to all levels of the organization and leads her recruiting team with forward-thinking goals and solutions. While light-hearted and calm, Sema leads her recruiting team with laser a focused approach. She has helped build a state-of-the-art tech stack that provides highly effective tools and technology to the recruiting side of the business. She developed the proprietary Boutique selection process to sourcing candidates and the success of the company hinges on this proprietary program.

While skilled in operational excellence, Sema leads with care, attention, empowerment, and a mind for superior service. She is inspired by her team and loves to foster growth and relationships in a meaningful way.
