David was born in San Jose, CA but raised in Sacramento, CA and moved to San Diego in 2016 where he currently resides. David graduated from Universal Technical Institute with an associate’s degree in automotive technology.

After graduating, David enlisted in the US Army where he spent 3 years stationed in Hawaii. Upon returning from his service, he took a job as a recruiter for a small staffing firm that specialized in restoration and decided this is what he wanted to do as a career. David has a strong passion for recruiting and enjoys helping people find the right job that aligns with their skills and aspirations. Over the years, he’s honed his expertise in the staffing industry, particularly in the skilled trades sectors, where his understanding of both the technical and interpersonal aspects of recruitment has helped him place top talent in rewarding roles.

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his dog Zeus at the beach or going on challenging hikes. He also enjoys trying new restaurants, off roading in his truck and watching sci-fi movies.
