Charlene was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and proudly brings over nine years of legal recruiting experience to her role. With roots in the legal industry prior to recruiting, Charlene found a natural transition into legal staffing and has been thriving ever since.

She has built a strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting—placing high-level attorneys, legal support staff, and managing document review projects. Charlene also has a deep understanding of client needs, having worked closely with a wide range of law firms and corporations seeking top legal talent. She takes pride in building meaningful relationships with candidates and finds it incredibly rewarding to help others grow in their careers.

Outside of work, Charlene loves spending quality time with her family. She has an adventurous young son who keeps her active and curious, and together they enjoy exploring new places. Whether traveling or enjoying simple moments at home, family is at the heart of everything she does.
