Lucy currently lives in Colorado but is a proud California native, having grown up in the charming town of Carmel-by-the-Sea. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hamilton College. During this time, Lucy completed an internship for the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office, and this is where her interest in the legal field emerged. After graduating from Hamilton College, Lucy launched her recruiting career and quickly discovered a deep passion for recruiting. Recruiting allows her to blend her psychology background with her love for connecting with others and her drive to succeed.

Over the years, Lucy has recruited for a wide range of roles across various industries, but she is especially passionate about sourcing for legal, specialized, and high-level positions. Her success in making truly great matches is rooted in a candidate-first approach — one that is relationship-driven, highly personalized, genuine, and focused on long-term outcomes. Lucy is very diligent and prides herself on finding the best matches for candidates.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their Yellow Labrador Retriever puppy, Miss Lobo. Together, they love to travel, hike, backpack, and snowboard. Lucy is a true foodie who loves exploring Colorado’s many farmers’ markets and coffee shops. She loves to cook and bake, always trying new recipes.”
