Regina Roudebush comes with over 6 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. She was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Sacramento in 2015 to attend CSU Sacramento. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, she stayed local to the Sacramento area.

Throughout her career, Regina has excelled in placing top talent in both temporary and direct hire roles across various industries including administrative, human resources, sales, operations, and project management. At heart, she is a people person. She has always felt naturally drawn to connecting with others, listening to their stories and experience, and finding ways to support them in reaching their goals.

Whether in her personal or professional life, she leads with kindness, empathy, and authenticity. Outside of work, Regina enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and getting outdoors for a hike. When at home, you can catch her binge watching her favorite shows and relaxing with her cat Blue.
