My name is Thomas Stampley, and I am originally from Cape Canaveral, FL. I have a wife and three daughters. I attended Daytona State College, where I earned my degree in Business Management, gaining valuable skills that continue to support my professional growth.

I am an experienced recruiter with a background in full-desk recruiting, business development, and talent acquisition. Throughout my career, I have specialized in connecting top talent with opportunities across industries including government contracting, construction, SaaS and technology, accounting and finance, engineering, manufacturing, and sales. I have earned multiple promotions and recognition for exceeding performance goals, including Rookie of the Quarter three consecutive times. I enjoy partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and helping candidates find roles where they can thrive.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and creating new adventures together. One of our most memorable experiences was traveling full-time in an RV for two years and visiting approximately 20 states. We explored 10 + National Parks. The journey allowed us to explore new places, meet incredible people, and create lasting memories. Whether traveling or spending time at home, I value family, new experiences, and the connections they bring.
