With over two decades of experience in human resources and a degree in Psychology from San Diego State University (Go Aztecs!), Andrea brings both strategic insight and a people-first mindset to her role as Director of Human Resources. She is passionate about building thoughtful, efficient HR systems that support strong company culture, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Throughout her career, Andrea has led initiatives across talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. She is known for her ability to translate complex processes into clear, approachable practices—and for being a trusted partner to employees and leadership alike.

Originally from Idaho, Andrea is a lifelong ski enthusiast who now calls San Diego home. When she’s not working, you can find her chasing the next great meal (she’s a proud foodie), trying a new recipe, watching true crime, hitting the slopes when she can, and spending quality time with her husband, son, and two spirited Boston Terriers, who keep life entertaining and her floors perpetually covered in dog toys.
