Courtney graduated from Lone Star College with an Associate of Arts and Sciences, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, business, and operations.

With over 10 years of experience in sales operations, business development, and executive support, Courtney has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic client relationships. She has supported multi-million-dollar deals, exceeded performance metrics, and partnered closely with executive teams across industries including engineering services, aerospace and biotechnology. Known for her consultative approach, organization, and ability to connect with people, she is passionate about delivering results and creating meaningful professional partnerships.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their five dogs and three cats. She loves reading, coffee, crocheting, and unwinding with the people and pets she cares about most.
