My name is Deanna Rodriguez, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Boutique Recruiting family. I am originally from Raleigh, NC, and now enjoy the quiet charm of Flowery Branch, GA. I hold an Associate’s degree in Business and am currently over halfway through completing my Bachelor’s degree at Phoenix University as an honors student, with plans to pursue my Master’s degree.

With over 13 years of full-desk recruiting experience, I have driven client acquisition and end-to-end talent delivery across corporate, agency, and nonprofit sectors. I have supported Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft and Intel and have led staffing initiatives for more than 100 schools nationwide. My experience spans engineering, IT, educational leadership, manufacturing, and executive recruitment. I have also mentored and trained sourcers and recruiters as a lead recruiter. I approach my work with integrity, consistency, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. I am passionate about bridging the gap between clients and candidates, and nothing compares to hearing the excitement in a candidate’s voice after landing the perfect role.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of five who maintains an active lifestyle through fitness, dance, and aerial/acrobatic training. Furthermore, I enjoy listening to music and writing songs. I’m also a devoted boxing fan who enjoys a great fight night. I prioritize daily time with God through prayer, meditation, and reflection. My faith in Jesus keeps me grounded and I recharge most in peaceful settings with ocean and sky views or rooftop scenery.
