Devin Viland-Rose is a Phoenix native and graduate of Arizona State University where he earned his B.A. in English. He went on to earn his J.D. from Phoenix School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Devin is currently an Executive Recruiter with Boutique Recruiting, specializing in connecting attorneys and legal professionals with quality jobs in all practice areas. He has placed top talent in law firm and in-house legal teams across the U.S. With over a decade of combined experience in legal consulting and talent acquisition, he brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to recruiting. Devin is passionate about building long-term relationships with candidates, delivering white glove service, and leveraging hiring trends to drive successful placements.

Now based in the Chicago area, Devin enjoys spending time with his friends and family, especially his two daughters. He loves books, podcasts, and board game nights as well as exploring the city and trying new coffee shops.
