Iliana grew up in the Bay Area and moved to San Diego to attend San Diego State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing in 2023. Now stepping into the recruiting industry, she’s excited to bring her drive, attention to detail, and strong work ethic into a field where connecting with people and making a difference go hand in hand.

Iliana is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating positive experiences for both candidates and teams. She thrives in fast-paced environments and is always looking for opportunities to grow and learn.

In her free time, you can usually find her soaking up the sun at the beach or hanging out with her rescue dog Winston Bishop. Whether it’s in work or life, Iliana brings intention, energy, and heart to everything she does.
