My name is Khody Lopez, and I was born and raised in sunny Southern California. In 2021, my wife and I made the move to Denver, Colorado, and officially planted our roots here when our son, Luke, was born in 2024. Before relocating, I attended California State University, Long Beach, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in History.

I bring over four years of recruiting experience across administrative, customer service, human resources, light industrial, and marketing/advertising roles. My passion lies in helping candidates find exciting opportunities that truly align with their long-term career aspirations. I take the time to understand every aspect of what their “perfect role” looks like and tailor my screening process to ensure I’m presenting opportunities that genuinely fits. Prior to recruiting, I worked as a FinTech Business Development Representative. While I enjoyed the thrill of closing a sale, nothing compares to hearing the excitement in a candidate’s voice when they receive an offer for their dream job — that’s what truly motivates me.

Outside of work, you’ll most often find me spending time with my family at a park, grilling in the backyard, or cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. I also enjoy staying active by going on hikes, paddleboarding, or playing softball and frisbee golf whenever I get the chance.
