Originally from Pennsylvania, Kimiko moved to San Diego in 2013. She is a Scrum Master with 12 years’ experience in people-first roles. Whether she is managing a project, discovering new efficiencies, or creating processes and workflows – she finds purpose by contributing in a way that empowers others to thrive. She has worked in industries ranging from Retail, Insurance and Advertising Technology.

Kimiko graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from DeVry University.

In her free time, Kimiko enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband and fur-baby, trying new restaurants and attending fitness classes (yoga, pilates, HIIT).
