Kristina was born and raised in San Diego, California but now lives in San Clemente. She spent her undergrad abroad attending schools in Switzerland and Australia. Kristina eventually graduated with a BA degree in Hospitality Management. After graduating, she worked in Accounting and Finance for 5 years as a Tax Accountant and Senior Accountant when she decided to pivot her career and pursue her MBA at Indiana University.

Kristina has always had a passion for people. Upon graduating with her MBA, she chose to pursue a career in Recruiting and has spent the last 2 years working with a top firm focusing on finance and accounting, recruiting and sales development. She loves helping candidates achieve new career goals and takes the time to really understand what each candidate is looking for in order to help them take the leap into a new role. She prides herself on thriving in unknown situations, being adaptable to change and a great listener.

In her free time, Kristina is an avid runner and is currently training to qualify for the Boston Marathon. She also enjoys baking, hiking, hot yoga and discovering new restaurants!
