Mackenzie is a Bay Area native who fell in love with San Diego while completing her bachelor’s at the University of San Diego in 2021. After graduating, she quickly discovered her passion for helping others in both her career and volunteer work. She approaches every task with contagious enthusiasm, consistently demonstrating her unwavering support to the Sales and Recruiting departments.

Mackenzie has valuable experience in supporting both her community and the teams she works with. Her genuine enthusiasm for helping others and fostering strong relationships contributes to her success at Boutique Recruiting.

In her free time, Mackenzie enjoys trying new restaurants, attending concerts, going to the beach, and traveling.
