Natalie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Public Relations and joined Teach for America where she taught 2nd grade in Chicago. She then made her way into the corporate world (and left the cold Chicago winters behind for sunny San Diego) and for the past six years has been a dedicated Account Manager.

Natalie is passionate about forging authentic relationships with colleagues and clients and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. The supportive, positive, and electric energy of Boutique Recruiting is what drew her into the company, and loves being part of the team.

On the weekends, Natalie teaches yoga at a local San Diego studio, and in her free time she loves to take workout classes, take her dog to the beach, try new restaurants, and travel with her husband.
