My name is Nate Richerson. I was born and raised in the Bay Area in a city called Livermore. Our city is known for agriculture and wineries, and one of the main mascots is the Cowboy. I graduated high school from Livermore High. I attended college at UC Santa Barbara and completed a BA degree for Physical Anthropology.
After college I obtained my first recruiting position in the bay area at a small staffing agency named Blueprint Construction for a little under a year. I then relocated to San Diego, and for the last 12 and a half years I’ve been working for Go-Staff Inc in a few different capacities. For the last roughly 5 years I have been managing the Skilled Trades branch, focusing on recruiting for construction tradespeople, management professionals, administrative recruiting, among others. I enjoy recruiting as a profession as It feels like I can make a difference in a person, or employers’ life being able to make the connection between the two that may not have happened otherwise.
I love spending my personal time with my family: my wife Andrea, 9-year-old son Jude, and 3-year-old daughter Cora. I enjoy hiking, playing games with the family, playing and attending pretty much any sport out there, being the mascot for my son’s baseball teams, and crushing it at Fantasy Football.
