Ricki found her passion for leadership early in her career as a chef and restaurant manager grinding in some of San Diego’s most celebrated restaurants.
After seeking a change, she found her true path in staffing within the construction industry. She contributed to top billing, managed a team of recruiters, and oversaw operations for her firm’s most profitable department. It was an incredible ride and education. After five years, it was time for her to advance to a new level of professionalism and intellectual challenge.
Ricki then managed a full desk in the alternative asset management space. She loved the opportunity to partner with clients in private equity and venture capital from New York to San Francisco. It challenged her to bring the level of service and polish from fine dining back into her everyday work with exceptional client relations.
Ricki’s endless curiosity and motivation to understand the needs of her clients and candidates are the driving forces behind her recruiting career. She strives to earn their trust and loyalty by fostering conversations that spark transparency and authenticity. Her ultimate goal is for clients and candidates to feel that she is on their team and personally invested in their success.
She believes in leadership through service and greatly enjoys supporting others in their journeys and growth. When she isn’t matchmaking for clients and candidates, Ricki can be found training horses and coaching in the Hunter/Jumper ring. At home, she enjoys cooking and gardening with her husband and their two opinionated cats.
