Rob was born and raised in Orlando, Florida where he lives with his wife, son, and golden doodle George. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Florida State University and started his career in the financial services and home energy efficiency industries before transitioning into agency recruiting and never looked back.

Rob is a very people forward person and believes the core to any successful business lies with who works there. He has over 9 years of staffing & recruiting experience in the industry working his way up to Managing Partner at his previous firm. He has supported all levels of positions from entry level to senior executives providing the same level of care and service to every search and candidate. He loves competition and finished as the top performer at his last firm 8 of the 9 years.

Rob loves being a dad and enjoys spending quality time with his family including pool days, playgrounds, bike rides, and traveling. He also enjoys going to the gym, cooking, basketball, and hanging with friends & family.
