Sara was born in a small town in Illinois and moved across the country various times, eventually finding her home base in Tucson, Arizona. Sara received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Management & Policy with a minor in Psychology from The University of Arizona. With her passion to help people & develop others, Sara started her career as a recruiter and became an account recruiting manager with a nationally known recruiting firm.

Sara has over 6 years of recruiting experience and is known for her exceptional work ethic and passion for developing long-lasting relationships with her people. She is committed to providing a memorable and genuine experience to both clients and candidates. In her free time, Sara enjoys working out, going to concerts, traveling, exploring the new local restaurants in Arizona and spending time with her family/friends and of course her fur baby Jaxx.
