Shannon is originally from Long Beach but has called San Diego home for the last 8 years and plans to stay rooted here for as long as possible! She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a proud Gaucho! Shannon has 12 years of experience in business development/sales with the last 8 years focused on healthcare staffing in the travel nurse industry.  Shannon has built a strong foundation in connecting top talent with rewarding opportunities in the industry.

Outside of work, Shannon is a devoted wife and a proud dog mom to her 4-year-old rescue black lab, Missy. She enjoys staying active through volleyball, yoga, pilates, and snowboarding and loves exploring the vibrant food scene of San Diego.
