Sophia is a Southern California native and a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Education Studies. 

She brings a dynamic background in scheduling management, consultative program placement, social media marketing, employee onboarding, and customer service. These skills, combined with her strong interpersonal abilities, allow her to effectively connect candidates with the right opportunities and contribute to a seamless recruitment process.  

In her free time, you can find Sophia staying active, baking or trying new recipes, practicing yoga, or getting creative with watercolor painting and ceramics. She also loves dancing, attending live music events, and spending sunny days at the beach with friends.
