Steve is a lifelong Midwesterner, born and raised in Iowa. Growing up with a younger brother in a sports-focused family, he developed a competitive spirit and a strong appreciation for teamwork, qualities that have followed him throughout his personal and professional life.

Steve brings extensive experience in sales and business development, where he has helped launch and grow new markets, develop business strategies, and build successful teams. He enjoys problem-solving, identifying opportunities, and finding ways to help both the business and the people around him succeed. His drive to continually improve, paired with his team-first approach, has played an important role in his professional growth.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, two dogs, family, and friends. He is a lifelong sports enthusiast and can often be found on the field as a referee, coach, player, or super fan. He also enjoys distance running, watching movies, and finding any excuse for a good laugh.
