I’m an Executive Recruiter with a background in operations, human resources, staffing, and team leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in fast-paced environments where building strong teams, developing people, and keeping operations moving were essential to success.

My experience across staffing, logistics, property management, and operations gives me a unique perspective in recruiting because I understand hiring from both sides of the table. I enjoy getting to know the person behind the résumé—their experience, strengths, goals, and what genuinely motivates them—and connecting them with opportunities where they can grow and make an impact.

Outside of work, I’m a mom, entrepreneur, and someone who is always looking for the next opportunity to grow. One of my personal goals is to one day give a TED Talk and share my story and the lessons I’ve learned through leadership, career changes, entrepreneurship, and life.
