"Valuable insight and excellent partnership. Ricki has been so helpful, not only finding the right fit for our very niche needs, but also offering insight into how we could change our process for the better. We actually updated our case study based on her recommendations and have adopted it permanently because it's working so well! We also consider candidates that we previously would not have and see our criteria shifting. We work with multiple recruiting firms and consider any candidates Ricki sends as better vetted than if sent by anyone else."

"They truly go the extra mile to understand our company and the needs of the various managers within our organization to learn how we operate. As a resource to our company, they have consulted with our staff to streamline the hiring process, help stay competitive with pay, and ensure that we hire the exact technical and cultural fit for our organization. We are very pleased with our new hire, and I would highly recommend the services of Boutique Recruiting."

"I was searching for a new candidate for over a year with no luck. The first candidate that Boutique Recruiting brought me was fantastic, and now she's been working with me for the last 6 months. I couldn't ask for a better employee and experience."

"I really enjoyed my experience working with Ricki and the Boutique Recruiting team. We were hiring for a newly created role that needed to cross multiple disciplines and departments, and we honestly didn't really have a specific/fixed idea of what the role was going to ultimately be. Ricki did a great job coordinating and having quality discussions with our decision-making team members in order to help us figure out what kinds of candidates would fit our different needs as well as fit our culture. Ricki and the talent identification team did a great job finding us multiple candidates for review, coordinating the interviews and then following up afterwards. And we ultimately connected with one of their candidates who's is doing a great job and has become an integral part of our team."

"Great Candidate presented.......AND FAST!!! We were looking for an outside Sales position and Jack was able to provide me with 2 Candidates, MUCH faster than I thought, and one of the Candidates was good. The other was a ROCK STAR. I hired that person, and he has done amazing for us. Jack knew what I wanted and provided for me."

"They are now our official go-to recruiting company, and we recommend them highly. This is a fantastic company with great leadership and white glove customer service. Five stars."

"If you are considering working with Boutique Recruiting, simply put, do so. The impeccable professionalism, transparency, communication and timely follow-up from every member on the team alone will speak for itself. It's the investment they take in understanding your role(s) and perhaps more importantly the intricacies of your company culture; to provide you with top notch, high quality candidates that leave you relieved and wishing you would have made the call to her and her team sooner! They truly are an extension of your team and not your average agency!"

"Great experience with Boutique Recruiting. Several very strong and viable candidates found. Direct interaction and timely updates from the principal recruiter throughout the process. Natalie and her supporting team were great. We started recruiting a Corporate Controller, but Boutique was flexible in finding candidates that also had wider operational experience. Ultimately, we hired a Division/Operations Controller, who has been a fantastic addition to our team."

"Our company has utilized Boutique Recruiting as a staffing partner on two separate occasions and they have professionally placed three high-quality candidates with our company. They are responsive, accountable, and timely in every instance of our partnership together. In the times that we have worked together, they sought to thoroughly understand our company and what we were looking for."

"We had been working with a couple of other recruiters for a few months including Robert Half and they only presented lower level and poorly qualified candidates. You produced the 2 candidates in record time! I will certainly be contacting you in the future for any other accounting searches that we have and will definitely recommend you to any of my peers in the industry!"

"Both Natalie and Emily's follow up and follow through are fantastic. I run small but fast-growing business and the fact the team does much upfront work to send us just right types of candidates have excellent. I look at Natalie and Emily as an extension of our HR Team."
