Amanda is a Northern Kentucky University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. She started off her career in recruiting for Professional and Industrial positions. Due to Amanda’s desire to grow and passion to help all people she encounters, she was promoted to a split role where she could continue to help external candidates, but also manage a team of internal recruiters.

Amanda continuously builds her candidate pool and is committed to pairing professional companies with elite candidates. Her placements are made in an efficient and timely manner, while meeting or exceeding company expectations. Amanda feels more rewarded when she can develop a relationship with her candidates to make them feel more calm, understood, and confident before interviewing directly with a client for their next potential career opportunity.

When Amanda is not putting her heart and soul into finding others their long-term career path, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, traveling, and watching sports. She is a huge Green Bay Packers, Cincinnati Bengals, and Milwaukee Bucks fan! Amanda is extremely excited to be a part of the Boutique Recruiting team!
