Anna is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.

Anna is passionate about coaching and developing people in their careers! After teaching elementary school, she made her way into the recruiting field and is an experienced recruiting professional with a background in professional & industrial, sales, IT, and engineering roles. Since starting at Boutique Recruiting she has expanded her practice into legal recruiting specializing in attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.

When Anna is not helping candidates find their dream job, she is spending time with her friends, family, and her Yellow Labrador Retriever – Finn! She enjoys the beach, good food, and traveling!
