Erika has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University. She is an experienced staffing and recruiting professional with a strong background in recruiting, nonprofit program coordination, public speaking, and leadership. She is an enthusiastic, think-outside-the-box recruiting professional and her momentum and drive for the staffing industry shines in her relationships with her candidates.

Along with her strong talent pipeline, Erika’s passion in seeing candidates find a perfect fit and helping clients find the talent that they need to grow their companies is the cornerstone of her success.

On a personal note, Erika spends her free time on personal growth, honing her leadership skills and is always learning something new. She loves hanging out with her big San Diego family, friends, and her beloved Basset Hound named Angela.
